None. You pay the one-off build fee and hosting, then keep 100% of order value minus Stripe’s 1.5% + 20p processing.
Q> How long until we are live?+
Around ten days from receiving your menu and branding, including store submission. Rush launches are sometimes possible — just ask.
Q> Can we change the menu ourselves?+
Yes — that is what the admin app is for. Edit items and prices, publish offers, view live orders and pause ordering, all from your phone, tablet or computer. It’s a web app (PWA), so it installs straight from the browser.
Q> Do we need new hardware?+
Not necessarily. The admin app is a PWA, so it runs on any phone, tablet or computer you already own. The connected printer is optional and comes with the Web + apps + printer package (£649 setup).
Q> What does the monthly fee cover?+
Hosting, updates, app store compatibility and support — £40/mo + VAT for web ordering, £55/mo + VAT with apps. No commission is ever added.
