Do I need native apps?

Often not. A web app on a phone does the job for many internal systems — cheaper, faster, and no store reviews to wait on. We will say so if that is the honest answer.

You do. The code is yours, documented so any competent developer could pick it up. We can host and manage it for you, or set it up in your name.
